Among the many trends coming up for spring/summer '13, "Hi-Lo" anything is among the hottest. We're seeing it in everything from tanks, to tees, to skirts, and/or dresses. Splendid's latest interpretation of said trend, the "Tie Dye Dress" in Imperial, is a dress lover's dream.
