I'm obsessed with Splendid's "Skater Skirt" in Black...SO flirty, SO fun, SO fabulous!!! Because of the jersey fabric, this skirt would be perfect topped off with a leather jacket, graphic, tee, and lace-up booties; for something a little more sophisticated, a fitted turtleneck, opaque tights, and knee high boots will suffice.
