Equipment's "Slim Signature Blouse" has become a Yu Fashion favourite! A slimmed down version of the original, this menswear inspired shirt is a timeless classic that works equally well worn tucked and/or untucked.

I'm SOOOOO happy Ugg's "Dandylion" booties are back, this time available in Espresso!!! These cuffable shaft boots give you the beauty of a heel combined with Ugg's signature comfort. The rubberized sole also provides long lasting durability and safety!!! LOVE these, MUST HAVE them!!!

In addition to the gorgeous "Funnel Neck Jacket w/ Leather Sleeves," we also received some fabulous basics from Vince, basics with a twist that is!!!

"Sheer Side Panel Crew" in Ivory

Vince's "Sheer Side Panel Crew" in Ivory is an upscale, sophisticated take on a sweatshirt inspired silhouette. This top is tonally colour blocked using sheer and semi-sheer silk paneling, topped off with ribbed neck, waist, and sleeve trim; I love the simplicity of it paired with leather skinnies...SO simple, SO fresh!

"Open Crew Neck" in Thunder

The "Open Crew Neck" in Thunder is a total no-brainer! This ultra fine sweater with elongated crew neck, rounded hem, and relaxed fit will go with anything and everything this season. Layer it under your favourite leather jacket, dark skinnies, boots, and a Chan Luu scarf for a lunch date with the girls, or, with a down-filled vest, slim boyfriend jeans, and converse sneakers for an afternoon of errand running. This sweater will owe you nothing by season's end!

My favourite is the "V-Neck Raglan w/ Silk Pleat Back" in Black! This wool/cashmere blended, mixed media knit is accented with a softly pleated, silk back...SOOOOO pretty! I see this worn everyday with jeans and boots, but can't wait to see it paired with plaid woolen shorts, opaque tights, and laced-up booties!

I'm DYING over Vince's "Funnel Neck Jacket w/ Leather Sleeves" in Heather Charcoal, dying!!! This gorgeous wool blend jacket is accented with sleek leather sleeves, a slim silhouette, and slightly off center zippered front. I love it styled with a basic tee and skinny pants, but, can just as easily picture it with a fitted sheath dress and ankle booties.

Wildfox's "Mirrored Deer Slouch Cardigan" in Clean Black is a total STUNNER, my personal favourite! This oversized, cuff sleeved, drapey, open front sweater with patch pocket detail will be perfect thrown over a basic tee, leggings, and boots, OR, if you're a lover of pattern mixing, I think it would be amazing with a black and white striped top, leather skinnies, and motorcycle boots!

Wildfox's "Lennon Sweater" recognizable by its relaxed neckline, oversized fit, dropped shoulders, extra long sleeves, and rips and distressing along the edges, is, without a doubt, a cult favourite. No grouping is ever complete without one of these treasured gems...

It's ALWAYS a party whenever we receive anything from Wildfox, and yesterday, we received A LOT!!! Among the loot were the following two tops: the "Ophelia Lazy Weekend Longsleeve Tee" in Baby and "Daisy Bones Rainy Beach House Tee" in Champagne White.

OMG!!! I'm obsessed with Cynthia Vincent's "Lace Bib Henley" in White! This to die for blouse straddles that fine line between girly girl and rocker chic. I see it with distressed skinnies and pointed toe pumps for day, but LOVE it styled with leather leggings and assorted bangles (above) for night...definitely a MUST HAVE!!!

Basics are BACK!!! Just in from Nation Ltd. are the "Redlands Tee" in White, Black, and Blue Bird along with the "Marco Island Top" in Grey Champagne.

The former with its slightly narrower fit, longer length, and split hemline has been one of my favourites thus far. I see it as a great layering piece for everyday wear under a leather jacket or sweater coat, skinny jeans, and booties. I'm also a fan of the higher neckline and textured finish...SO comfy!

For our taller fashionistas, or, those of you obsessed with leggings, the "Marco Island Top" in Grey Champagne is a FANTASTIC option! This lightweight, tunic-inspired tee looks fabulous both tucked and untucked. LOVE this.

Giles and Brother is Back!!!

After a short absence, one of our favorite lines, "Giles and Brother" is BACK!!!

 

We're absolutely OBSESSED with the new collection of edgy Railroad Spike cuffs and rings! The variations of Yellow and Rose Gold are absolutely stunning. If you wanted something a little less edgy and a bit more glam, we also received the blinged out version. EVERY Yu girl LOVES her BLING!!!

 If you're a fan of Cartier's nail head cuffs, you're gonna LOVE these!!!

What's Mabel Wearing???

Fall is finally here, and, unfortunately, so is the start of the new school year. Mabel typically hates school, but is enjoying some of the business courses this semester mainly because
she gets to wear classy business attire. Guess what that means??? SHOPPING SPREE!!! 

Mabel has bought herself Rebecca Taylor's "Boucle Leather Blazer" in Black/Camel and Soft Joie's "Jamala Top" in Nude. Shes dressed up these two fabulous pieces with Chan Luu's ombre scarf in graduating shades of blush and grey, Rebecca Minkoff's "Mini Mab Tote" in Black, and an assortment of crystal necklaces by Jocelyn Kennedy. The great thing about Mabel's picks? Not only does it fit her business attire guidelines, but they can be worn casually as well.

Mabel is definitely ready for business!!!

 Based on how things are going, we're really questioning whether Mabel is more dedicated to her course or her clothing. Whatever it is, she gets an A+ for her fabulous outfit!

Vince's "Sheer Inset Tank" in New Buff is MY new fave basic. This sheer yoked, rib trimmed, hi-lo top is an absolute wardrobe essential!!! Being lightweight and airy, I see this under all my fall knits and jackets. Wouldn't it be fabulous under a Chanel inspired jacket and strands upon strands of pearls??? I think so!
