Wildfox: Valentine's Blues

Brand NEW Wildfox in! We just received two Valentine's Day (oops, a little tardy, but still FAB nonetheless!) inspired pieces that are perfect for lounging around, and guaranteed to put you in the spring fling mood! The "Island Tank Cupid" in Clean Black is humorous and very, VERY cute!!! This lightweight tank is ideal for the spring/summer season when the heat is SURE to hit! For an edgy look, pair with boyfriend jeans, and a chic motorcycle jacket.

Introducing...Sack's!!!

We're SUPER excited about Sack's, the newest addition to the Yu family!!! Based out of Israel, Sack's combines luxury with cool, contemporary styles. They create trendsetting styles using luxe materials such as cashmere, silk, and pure cotton, think silky tanks and t-shirts all infused with a bohemian twist!

 These new tanks by Sack's are SO pretty and are absolute essentials for spring! Both tanks pictured (below) are made of 100% silk and have an extremely luxurious feel! The "Spaghetti Strap Tank" received in Black and Ivory is super versatile; it would be fabulous worn under a classic cardigan with jeans, wedges, and a statement necklace. The "V-Neck Tank" in Pure White features a cross over hem and peekaboo back slit revealing the perfect amount of skin.

LINE!!!

We're over the moon in LOVE with Line's "Franklin" leather jacket in Pachyderm, a beautifully rich charcoal. As always, the leather is super soft and supple, and the fit, very flattering. This jacket transitions quite nicely between casual and dressy, which is true of most Line leathers.

Also new is the "Thompson" dress in Desert Storm (below), such a flattering and comfortable dress, perfect for any occasion. Not only are we fans of the neutral colouring, but love the fact that the length can be "adjusted" slightly due to the rouching detail. It's a fabulous dress that will be in constant rotation for years to come!

What's Mabel Wearing???

Mabel's sporting a rather "SPRINGY" outfit today! All the fabulous colors and floral prints we've been receiving lately have gotten her SUPER excited for the upcoming season. She has on Rebecca Taylor's "Sweet William Tee" in Scarlet and AG's "Robyn" denim jacket in Torrent. To accessorize, Mabel opted for a blue Chan Luu scarf to compliment the colours in her shirt, Rebecca Minkoff's "Flirty Enamel Stud" cross-body bag in Nude, and gems by Julie Vos and Catherine Popesco.

How better to get in the spring spirit then by dressing in some new spring clothes. We like the way Mabel thinks!!! ;)

Both are slightly oversized with a higher than average neckline making them ideal toppers for your favourite skinnies and ankle boots.

In our world, florals and leopard print are, have always been, and will always be considered neutrals. My personal favourite is the "Slim Signature w/ Contrast Collar Blouse" in Peacoat Floral; there's a vintage-y bohemian vibe to this top that I absolutely adore...can't wait to see it paired with denim cut-off shorts and ankle booties. How to die for FABULOUS would this jacket look with a simple tank and jeans? Or, over an adorable summer dress and booties?!! Fabulosity at its finest!!!

Mabel couldn't wait to get her hands on our NEW Cuchara necklaces, so her outfit today is centered around her favorite one, the "Frozen". She loves this necklace for its edgy feel, and pop of turquoise. To compliment this stunner, Mabel has decided to wear Rebecca Taylor's "Embellished Tweed Blazer" in Cream and structured "Floral Lace Tee" in Black. She also has on Chan Luu's "Sequin Bralette" and Rebecca Minkoff's "Darcy Satchel". Although each piece is rather edgy on its own, the overall look is classy and sophisticated, the perfect outfit to wear for a night on the town!

Britty's Bargain!!! GET EXCITED!!!

Well, it appears my frequent bargain finds have given me a bit of a reputation; I've now earned my own little column, "Britty's Bargain", and this is my first "OFFICIAL" entry!!! I never thought I'd be considered a responsible shopper, but apparently, anything's possible!

This week, on our sale wall, I've discovered Line's "Nonchalant Sweater" in Cast Iron. I've liked this sweater since we first received it, but now that it's on sale, I like it even more! This sweater is such an easy piece; I love its longer length...perfect for both jeans and leggings. The initial asking price was $185, now on sale for $129.50, WHAT A DEAL!!!

Britt's Must Have!!!

This week's installment of "Britt's Must Have" also coincides with the introduction of a new and FABULOUS jewellery line, CUCHARA!!!
Based out of Toronto, Canada, CUCHARA is created and designed by Edilou Canedo. Her jewellery line,  best described "as an amalgamation of edgy and playful, with a dash of elegance...(combines) island bohemian chic and grimey city edginess (in the BEST possible way)." Combining rare gemstones, beads, and heavy chains, Canedo's work are definite pieces of art!

I am MIND BLOWN over Cuchara's "debut" collection of statement necklaces! They're absolutely STUNNING!!! I can't even begin to tell you which ones I like best because I love them ALL, and for different reasons. However, if I had to limit myself, I would pick the "Bubble" and black toned "Cherish" necklaces. I love the former for its bright pops of color, and interesting shape, the latter for its edginess and use of chain and gems.
These are SUCH great necklaces; I would definitely find a reason to wear them with everything! My fave look though, is with a leather jacket and simple tee...PERFECTION!!!
