Cynthia Vincent's "Antique Lace Drop Waist Dress" in Ivory is one of my FAVE picks so far this season. I love EVERYTHING about it: the high, ruffled neckline, 3/4 length sleeves, softly pleated front, and lace embroidered insets. For a tried and true summer look, throw this on with well-worn "cowboy" boots and wrists FULL of wooden bracelets. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.
