Spring is in the air...well Mabel thinks so anyways. What better way to embrace the warm weather then to wear bright beautiful colors?! The Joie "Texas" top is bright and breezy; doesn't it remind you of spring? After the long, dark winter months, I know we could all use a little color to brighten up our wardrobes.
